The Walnut Mustangs softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Rowland Raiders to 3 in the Mustangs league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Walnut moves its record to 4-12 on the year. The Mustangs travel to South Hills (West Covina, CA) to play the Huskies in a game on Friday, March 25. The Huskies come into the game with a record of 0-2. South Hills lost 3-2 in their recent non-league game against San Dimas (San Dimas, CA)

In their next game, the Raiders play the Diamond Bar Brahmas (Diamond Bar, CA) in a game, on Monday, April 4. Rowland will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
