In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting Daniel Boone Trailblazers softball team scored a close 9-8 win over the Greeneville Green Devils.
Coming up next, the Trailblazers battle the Dobyns-Bennett Indians (Kingsport, TN) in a 4A District 1 outing, on Thursday, March 24. Daniel Boone will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Indians enter the outing with a 4-2 record after their 11-0 non-league win over Happy Valley (Elizabethton, TN).
The Green Devils (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Science Hill (Johnson City, TN). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league outing with a 2-1 record.
