Hemet Bulldogs (Hemet, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Moreno Valley Vikings (Moreno Valley, CA), 13-2 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they host Fallbrook for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 25. Hemet will face a Warriors squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Moreno Valley moves to 10-12 on the season. The Vikings host Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA) to meet the Titans in a Inland Valley match on Friday, March 25. The Titans go into the match with a record of 10-5. Temescal Canyon won 23-3 in their recent league match against Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA)
