The Marsh Valley Eagles softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Preston Indians to 2 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Marsh Valley moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Eagles host Malad (Malad, ID) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league game on Thursday, March 24. The Dragons come into the game with a record of 3-0. Malad won 19-6 in their recent league game against West Side (Dayton, ID)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Skyline Grizzlies (Idaho Falls, ID) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 2. Preston will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Grizzlies come into the game with a 0-4 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Hillcrest (Midvale, UT).
