In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Belen Eagles baseball team scored a nice 10-2 victory over the Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes.
The Eagles (11-2) will now prepare for their game against Aztec (Aztec, NM). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Aztec overcame Capital (Santa Fe, NM), 12-3, in a non-league game.
The Elks/Elkettes (5-4) will now prepare for their game against Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Jaguars go into the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Capital was overwhelmed by Aztec (Aztec, NM), 12-3, in a non-league game.
