The Bloomfield Bobcats baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Espanola Valley Sundevils to 1 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bobcats (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Taos (Taos, NM). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Taos was overwhelmed by Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM), 17-2, in a non-league match.
The Sundevils (3-6) will now prepare for their match against Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Hilltoppers go into the 4A District 2 match with a 7-5 record. In their last match, Los Alamos edged Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM), 8-7, in a non-league match.
