Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Nighthawks face the Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) in a Metro 4A challenge, on Tuesday, March 28. Northern Guilford will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 3-1 league win over Page (Greensboro, NC).

The Cowboys now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southeast Guilford for a Metro 4A challenge on Tuesday, March 28.
