In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Reed Raiders baseball team scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Douglas Tigers.
The Raiders (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Miners go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Bishop Manogue tipped Reed (Sparks, NV), 5-4, in a league game.
The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Cougars go into the game with a 1-2 record.
