The Narrows Green Waves baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Eastern Montgomery Mustangs to 1 in the Green Waves non-league victory on Thursday.
The Green Waves (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA). The Fighting Blues go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Parry McCluer was overwhelmed by Liberty (Bedford, VA), 15-2, in a non-league match.
The Mustangs (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Giles (Pearisburg, VA). The Spartans go into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Giles gained a win over George Wythe (Wytheville, VA), 18-6, in a non-league match.
