El Diamante Miners (Visalia, CA) fans exited the stadium happy Thursday as they saw their baseball squad beat the visiting Monache Marauders (Porterville, CA), 13-0 in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Miners play the Mt. Whitney Pioneers (Visalia, CA) in a contest, on Tuesday, March 28. El Diamante will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Pioneers enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 15-3 non-league loss to Tulare Western (Tulare, CA).
