Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC), 11-1 in a league battle.

The Red Tornadoes now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Forsyth for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 28. Hickory will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 8-7 league loss to Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC). The Titans record now stands at 5-3.

The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Watauga (Boone, NC). The Pioneers go into the NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Watauga prevailed over Northern Durham (Durham, NC), 8-6, in a non-league game.
