The Whitney Wildcats lacrosse squad (Rocklin, CA), was edged 8-6 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Granite Bay Grizzlies (Granite Bay, CA)
Coming up next, the Grizzlies meet the Jesuit Marauders (Carmichael, CA) in a Delta challenge, on Saturday, March 25. Granite Bay will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Marauders enter the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 14-5 league win over St. Mary's (Stockton, CA).
The Wildcats now sport a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Rocklin for a Sacramento Valley challenge on Tuesday, March 28. Whitney will meet a Thunder squad coming off a 15-3 league loss to Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 5-5.
