The New Hanover Wildcats lacrosse team scored 11 points and held the visiting West Brunswick Trojans to 8 in the Wildcats league win on Thursday.
The Wildcats (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The Vikings go into the Mideastern game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Hoggard by Middle Creek (Apex, NC), 13-10, in a non-league game.
The Trojans (0-6) will now prepare for their game against South Brunswick (Southport, NC). The Cougars go into the Mideastern game with a 1-7 record.
