DeQuincy Tigers (DeQuincy, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Grand Lake Hornets (Lake Charles, LA), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers now sport a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host East Beauregard for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 27.
With the loss, Grand Lake falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Welsh (Welsh, LA) to face the Greyhounds in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 28. The Greyhounds enter the challenge with a record of 4-6.
