Gulf Shores Dolphins (Gulf Shores, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Mobile Christian Leopards (Mobile, AL), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Dolphins now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to McAdory for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 27. Gulf Shores will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Corner (Warrior, AL). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Mobile Christian falls to 11-4 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to Foley (Foley, AL) to face the Lions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 4. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 4-18.
