The Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) baseball trounced the host Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV), 12-5 in Saturday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Tigers encounter the Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 26. Douglas will attempt to upgrade on its 10-0 season record. The Greenwave come into the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 10-0 league win over Fernley (Fernley, NV).

With the defeat, Damonte Ranch falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Carson (Carson City, NV) to face the Senators in a 5A Northern bout on Monday, March 25. The Senators enter the bout with a record of 0-8. Carson lost 9-3 in their recent non-league bout against Galena (Reno, NV)
