The North Crowley Panthers baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Sam Houston Texans to 4 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Panthers (8-10) will now prepare for their match against Boswell (Fort Worth, TX). The Pioneers go into the 6A Region I District 3 match with a 14-4 record. In their last match, Boswell edged Paschal (Fort Worth, TX), 7-6, in a league match.

The Texans (4-13) will now prepare for their match against Lamar (Arlington, TX). The Vikings go into the 6A Region I District 8 match with a 9-10 record. In their last match, Lamar was overwhelmed by Ennis (Ennis, TX), 13-6, in a non-league match.
