Hanks Knights (El Paso, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bel Air Highlanders (El Paso, TX), 20-8 in a league challenge.

The Knights now sport a 13-13 record. They take the field next when they host Horizon for a 5A Region I District 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 26. Hanks will face a Scorpions squad coming off a 24-0 league loss to Del Valle (El Paso, TX). The Scorpions record now stands at 9-12.

With the loss, Bel Air falls to 12-7 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Ysleta (El Paso, TX) to face the Indians in a 5A Region I District 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 26. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 21-1. Ysleta won 10-0 in their recent league challenge against Parkland (El Paso, TX)
