The Gallatin County Wildcats softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Calvary Christian Cougars to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Gallatin County improves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Carroll County (Carrollton, KY) to clash with the Panthers in a District 31 game on Tuesday, March 26. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 0-2.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) in a District 37 game, on Monday, March 25. Calvary Christian will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 7-2 record after their 18-4 non-league win over Paris (Paris, KY).
