The LaSalle Tigers (Olla, LA) softball nipped the visiting D'Arbonne Woods (Farmerville, LA), 7-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Tigers (11-9) will now prepare for their bout against Ouachita Christian (Monroe, LA). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 11-5 record. In their last bout, Ouachita Christian was nipped by Cedar Creek (Ruston, LA), 7-6, in a league challenge.
With the loss, D'Arbonne Woods falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The travel to Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA) to face the Cavaliers in a 2A District 1 challenge on Tuesday, March 26. The Cavaliers enter the challenge with a record of 25-1. Calvary Baptist Academy won 16-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Many (Many, LA)
