Augusta Eagles (Martinez, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Community Christian Academy Ambassadors (Martinez, GA), 11-1 in a non-league game.
The (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Coastal HomeSchool (Pembroke, GA). The Hurricanes go into the Freelance game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Coastal HomeSchool ran past The Habersham School (Savannah, GA), 18-6, in a non-league game.
The Ambassadors (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Laney (Augusta, GA). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 1-5 record.
