Louisiana High School Baseball - Brother Martin sneaks past Jesuit

Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the Brother Martin Crusaders (New Orleans, LA) and the host Jesuit Blue Jays (New Orleans, LA), saw Brother Martin's baseball squad edge Jesuit by a count of 8-7.

Coming up next, the Crusaders play the John Curtis Christian Patriots (River Ridge, LA) in a 5A District 9 battle, on Saturday, March 26. Brother Martin will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 8-7 record after their 8-0 league win over Archbishop Shaw (Marrero, LA).

The Blue Jays now possess a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they host Holy Cross for a 5A District 9 battle on Saturday, March 26. Jesuit will play a Tigers squad coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to St. Charles Catholic (LaPlace, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-5.
