Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Spain Park Jaguars (Hoover, AL), 17-9 in a non-league battle.
The Buccaneers now own a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Thompson for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 5.
With the defeat, Spain Park drops to 1-4 on the season. The Jaguars host Mountain Brook (Birmingham, AL) to play the Spartans in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 6. The Spartans go into the match with a record of 5-0.
