In Thursday's league battle, the host Freeport Pretzels soccer squad scored a good 10-0 win over the Belvidere Bucs.
The Pretzels (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against DeKalb (DeKalb, IL). The Barbs go into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, DeKalb was overwhelmed by Yorkville (Yorkville, IL), 4-0, in a non-league battle.
The Bucs (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Rockford East (Rockford, IL). The E-Rabs go into the Northern Illinois NIC-10 battle with a 1-1 record.
