The Lee Williams Volunteers baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Bradshaw Mountain Bears to 3 in the Volunteers league victory on Thursday.
The Volunteers (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Mingus (Cottonwood, AZ). The Marauders go into the match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Mingus was overwhelmed by Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ), 11-4, in a non-league match.
The Bears (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ). The Eagles go into the match with a 4-0 record. In their last match, Flagstaff gained a win over Cactus (Glendale, AZ), 17-1, in a non-league match.
