The Covington Catholic Colonels baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Cooper Jaguars to 0 in the Colonels non-league victory on Thursday.
The Colonels (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Ryle (Union, KY). The Raiders go into the non-league match with a 4-2 record.
The Jaguars (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY). The Bluebirds go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Highlands was overwhelmed by Ryle (Union, KY), 4-3, in a non-league match.
