Georgia High School Lacrosse - Ola can't get by Fayette County

Fayette County Tigers (Fayetteville, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Ola Mustangs (McDonough, GA), 10-9 in a league test.

The Tigers now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Eagle's Landing Christian Academy for a 1A-5A Area 6 test on Monday, March 28. Fayette County will face a Chargers squad coming off a 16-8 non-league win over Riverside Military Academy (Gainesville, GA). The Chargers record now stands at 8-1.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the First Presbyterian Day Vikings (Macon, GA) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 28. Ola will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 17-6 non-league loss to Strong Rock Christian (Locust Grove, GA).
