West-Oak Warriors (Westminster, SC) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC), 5-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors confront the Pickens Blue Flame (Pickens, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 25. West-Oak will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Blue Flame enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Greenville Hurricanes (Greenville, SC).

The Bears now have a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Seneca for a AAA Region 1 challenge on Monday, March 28. Belton-Honea Path will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 3-2 league win over Wren (Piedmont, SC). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-2.
