The Golden Eagles now own a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Demopolis for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 28. Athens will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Thomasville (Thomasville, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 6-11.

With the loss, Columbia falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Mae Jemison (Huntsville, AL) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 29. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a record of 6-6. Mae Jemison won 17-14 in their recent non-league challenge against St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL)
