The Siegel Stars softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Baylor Red Raiders to 6 in the Stars non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Siegel improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Stars travel to Bryant (Bryant, AR) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league game on Thursday, March 24. The Hornets come into the game with a record of 2-0. Bryant won 10-2 in their recent non-league game against Moline (Moline, IL)

In their next game, the Red Raiders clash with the Bloomington Purple Raiders (Bloomington, IL) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 25. Baylor will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Purple Raiders come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Science Hill (Johnson City, TN).
