The McCreary Central Raiders (Stearns, KY) softball routed the host Bell County Bobcats (Pineville, KY), 9-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Raiders (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Owsley County (Booneville, KY). The Owls / Lady Owls go into the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Owsley County was routed by Estill County (Irvine, KY), 15-0, in a league bout.
