High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Calvary Day School Cougars (Winston-Salem, NC), 14-0 in a league challenge.

The Cougars now sport a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Montour for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 25. High Point Christian Academy will face a Spartans squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Carson (China Grove, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Calvary Day School falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Forsyth Home Educators (Winston-Salem, NC) to face the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 25. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 5-3. Forsyth Home Educators won 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Union Grove Christian (Lexington, NC)
