Skyline Titans (Oakland, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host KIPP King Lions (San Lorenzo, CA), 4-1 in a league challenge.

The Titans now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Head-Royce for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 30. Skyline will battle a Jayhawks squad coming off a 9-6 league win over The Bay School (San Francisco, CA). The Jayhawks record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, KIPP King falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Fremont (Oakland, CA) to battle the Tigers in a Oakland challenge on Tuesday, March 29. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
