The Cook Hornets baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Worth County Rams to 4 in the Hornets league victory on Friday.
The Hornets (8-9) will now prepare for their match against Dodge County (Eastman, GA). The Indians go into the 2A Area 1 match with a 10-8 record. In their last match, Dodge County by Jeff Davis (Hazlehurst, GA), 8-3, in a league match.
The Rams (10-7) will now prepare for their match against Sumter County (Americus, GA). The Panthers come into the 2A Area 1 challenge with a 3-11 record.
