The High Point Central Bison baseball team (High Point, NC), was overwhelmed 24-11 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Northeast Guilford Rams (McLeansville, NC)
The Rams now hold a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Dudley for a Mid-State 3A outing on Tuesday, March 28. Northeast Guilford will face a Panthers team coming off a 19-9 league win over Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 7-3.
Next, the Bison face the Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, March 27. High Point Central will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a 6-3 record after their 11-0 league win over North Rowan (Spencer, NC).
