The Hillcrest Panthers baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting White Longhorns to 1 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Adamson (Dallas, TX). The Leopards go into the 5A Region II District 11 match with a 8-2 record. In their last match, Adamson ran past Sunset (Dallas, TX), 10-8, in a league match.
The Longhorns (11-6) will now prepare for their match against Molina (Dallas, TX). The Jaguars go into the 5A Region II District 11 match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Molina ran past Kimball (Dallas, TX), 12-5, in a league match.
