North Carolina High School Baseball - North Henderson can't hold off West Henderson

In Friday's league game, the visiting West Henderson Falcons baseball team scored a tight 3-2 victory over the North Henderson Knights.

The Falcons (6-3) will now prepare for their game against East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC). The Eagles go into the Mountain Seven 3A game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, East Henderson was edged by Franklin (Franklin, NC), 3-0, in a league match.

The Knights (1-7) will now prepare for their match against Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC). The Mustangs go into the Mountain Seven 3A match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Smoky Mountain edged Pisgah (Canton, NC), 4-0, in a league match.
