The Riverside-Martin Knights crushed the visiting Washington County Panthers baseball team by a count of 15-0 in Friday's league bout.
The Knights now possess a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roanoke Rapids for a non-league bout on Monday, March 27. Riverside-Martin will face a Yellowjackets team coming off a 12-2 league win over Louisburg (Louisburg, NC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 5-2.
Next, the Panthers face the South Creek Cougars (Robersonville, NC) in a Four Rivers 1A bout, on Tuesday, March 28. Washington County will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record.
