The Math & Science College Preparatory Sharks topped the host Dr. Maya Angelou Community Phoenix volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's league test.

The Sharks now have a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jefferson for a Exposition test on Monday, March 27. Math & Science College Preparatory will confront a Democrats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Diego Rivera (Los Angeles, CA). The Democrats record now stands at 4-6.

The Phoenix (3-6) will now prepare for their test against West Adams (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers enter the Exposition test with a 0-8 record. In their last test, West Adams was knocked off by Los Angeles (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
