North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Leesville Road drops to Broughton

Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Leesville Road Pride (Raleigh, NC), 8-4 in a league battle.

The Capitals now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cardinal Gibbons for a battle on Wednesday, March 29. Broughton will clash with a Crusaders squad coming off a 10-8 non-league loss to Lassiter (Marietta, GA). The Crusaders record now stands at 4-2.

In their next game, the Pride clash with the Fuquay - Varina Bengals (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 28. Leesville Road will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Bengals come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to Laney (Wilmington, NC).
