The First Flight Nighthawks lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the host Swansboro Pirates to 9 in the Nighthawks league win on Friday.
The Nighthawks (4-2) will now prepare for their game against White Oak (Jacksonville, NC). The Vikings go into the Coastal/Northeastern Coastal game with a 1-8 record. In their last game, White Oak was overwhelmed by Croatan (Newport, NC), 16-2, in a league game.
The Pirates (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Croatan (Newport, NC). The Cougars go into the Coastal/Northeastern Coastal game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Croatan nipped White Oak (Jacksonville, NC), 16-2, in a league contest.
