Next, the Longhorns confront the Shiloh Generals (Snellville, GA) in a 6A Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, March 28. Lanier will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Generals enter the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA).

The Red Elephants now possess a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they host Habersham Central for a 6A Region 8 challenge on Saturday, March 25. Gainesville will confront a Raiders team coming off a 3-1 league win over Shiloh (Snellville, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 12-2.
