The Hickory Red Tornadoes soccer team scored 2 points and limited the host North Iredell Raiders to 0 in the Red Tornadoes league victory on Friday.

Next, the Red Tornadoes face the Hibriten Panthers (Lenoir, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 27. Hickory will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 0-0 non-league Asheville (Asheville, NC).

The Raiders now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Statesville for a Western Foothills 3A contest on Tuesday, March 28.
