Marine Leadership Academy Bulldogs (Chicago, IL) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Von Steuben Panthers (Chicago, IL), 9-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Senn Bulldogs (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public First Division North challenge, on Monday, March 27. Marine Leadership Academy will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Steinmetz College Prep (Chicago, IL).
The Panthers now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lane Tech for a Chicago Public Premier challenge on Monday, March 27. Von Steuben will face a Lane Tech team coming off a 2-0 league win over Whitney Young (Chicago, IL). The Lane Tech record now stands at 1-2.
