The Christiansburg Blue Demons baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Salem Spartans to 6 in the Blue Demons non-league victory on Friday.
The Blue Demons (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Staunton River (Moneta, VA). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Staunton River was overwhelmed by Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA), 14-2, in a non-league match.
The Spartans (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA). The Bruins go into the non-league match with a 1-2 record.
