The Apex Cougars lacrosse team scored 20 points and held the visiting Green Hope Falcons to 9 in the Cougars league win on Friday.
The Cougars (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Catamounts go into the Southwest Wake match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Panther Creek was overwhelmed by Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC), 15-1, in a league match.
The Falcons (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Patriots go into the Southwest Wake match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Apex Friendship was overwhelmed by Green Level (Cary, NC), 16-10, in a league match.
