Virginia High School Lacrosse - Wakefield drops to Edison

In Friday's league test, the host Edison Eagles lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-7 victory over the Wakefield Warriors.
The Eagles now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology for a National test on Tuesday, March 28. Edison will face a Colonials squad coming off a 14-3 non-league loss to Trinity at Meadow View (Falls Church, VA). The Colonials record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Lewis Lancers (Springfield, VA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 28. Wakefield will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 2-2 record after their 22-3 non-league loss to Herndon (Herndon, VA).
