In Friday's non-league battle, the host Burkburnett Bulldogs soccer squad scored a close 3-1 triumph over the Perryton Rangers.

The Bulldogs (11-9) will now prepare for their battle against Riverside (El Paso, TX). The Rangers come into the non-league battle with a 11-8 record. In their last battle, Riverside nudged Lake View (San Angelo, TX), 4-2, in a non-league battle.
