The Del Valle Conquistadores softball team scored 17 runs and limited the host Bel Air Highlanders to 1 in the Conquistadores league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Del Valle improves its record to 15-3 on the year. The Conquistadores travel to Horizon (El Paso, TX) to clash with the Scorpions in a 5A Region I District 2 game on Saturday, March 25. The Scorpions come into the game with a record of 3-8. Horizon lost 26-2 in their recent league game against Parkland (El Paso, TX)

In their next game, the Highlanders clash with the Hanks Knights (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 2 game, on Saturday, March 25. Bel Air will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 23-1 record after their 13-1 league win over Ysleta (El Paso, TX).
