Stringer Red Devils (Stringer, MS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Collins Tigers (Collins, MS), 17-0 in a league challenge.

The Red Devils now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mize for a 2A Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 28. Stringer will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Puckett (Puckett, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-7.

With the loss, Collins falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Stringer (Stringer, MS) to battle the Red Devils in a 2A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, April 6. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a record of 10-6.
